Why do I have to trim the wick before lighting the candle?

Trimming the wicks at least 1/4 inch before each use will help extend the life of the candle and prevent an unstable wick that can produce a dangerously large flame.

Why do I have to burn my candle for 1-2 hours?

Let the candle burn long enough (about 2 hours) to create a complete melt pool. Soy candles have memory, if the candle doesn’t burn long enough it will create a ring. Once a candle has a ring, it will continue to tunnel for the life of the candle.

Do you create custom gift sets?

Each package comes in a gift box.
